Dining for Los Arcos Suites guests takes place at the restaurants and bars of Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa — including oceanfront Mi Pueblito, El Agave, and the Palapa Bar. All are less than half a block away, and all are included for guests on an All-Inclusive plan. Guests on the European Plan are welcome to dine à la carte at either property.

Reservations made at arcossuites.com or through our call center may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival, a penalty of 100% of the deposit applies. For reservations made through a travel agency or tour operator, please contact them directly. Applicable refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
We accept US dollars, Mexican pesos, and major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Card payments must be made in person by the cardholder.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early arrivals are always welcome — our team will store your luggage securely so you can start enjoying the hotel and the neighborhood while your suite is being prepared. Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

Yes — our central location keeps everything within reach. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a 10-minute walk. The airport is roughly 20 minutes by taxi or rideshare. Marina Vallarta and the Hotel Zone are easily accessible as well.
To reach the more secluded beaches, water taxis depart from Los Muertos Pier for a number of beautiful spots you can only get to by sea.
